2009 Satisfaction Survey
Every year we like to send out a survey to all our customers. We want to know what you want to see in MailChimp next year, what we're doing right, and what we're doing wrong.
It's a way for you to influence our product roadmap and give us some general feedback (don't pull any punches!). We'd appreciate it if you'd participate. 100 random people will get a cool MailChimp t-shirt for their time:

Server Upgrades This Weekend
This weekend, we will be making some changes to the MailChimp servers. These changes are going to be totally behind the scenes and should not cause any downtime whatsoever, but you never know with these things. We're basically going to be optimizing a batch processing job handler, to make running automated campaigns more efficient. Yeah, T.M.I. but some people want to know.
